Tiger Woods Is Still Struggling to Recover from His Affairs Scandal
Tiger Woods

Disgraced golfer is still struggling to recover from his affairs scandal - he has been dropped from the cover of his own computer game. The sports hero faced a public backlash after news of his numerous infidelities hit the headlines in 2009. He subsequently split from wife and the pair's divorce was finalized last August.

He lost several lucrative endorsement contracts after the news broke, and following a stint in rehab, made a lacklustre return to golf. And Woods' situation hasn't improved since the start of 2011 - bosses at games giant Electronic Arts have decided to drop the star's image from the cover of "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters", replacing it with the iconic yellow flag at Augusta National Golf Club, according to Reuters. The game is due out in March.

Following the uproar surrounding his personal life, sales of his last game with Electronic Arts reportedly slumped by a staggering 50 to 60 per cent.

Woods is also parting ways with Golf Digest after 13 years of partnership. "We have decided it's now time for a break," Woods said in a joint statement with Golf Digest on Thursday. Woods will no longer write for the column and his last one would be published in February.
